Our promise to you.

 

We have gained a lot of experience since we began in 2007 and we have gathered that knowledge of both our product and our customer to draw up a promise to you of how we operate and behave.

We Will :-

 

  • Visit your home free of charge to carry out a survey of works required.

  • Email you a detailed quote of materials and labour costs and leave you alone to make an informed decision on whether you wish to go ahead or not.

  • Only use experienced tradesmen with experience of wetwall installations in your home.

  • Treat you and your home with the respect you expect & deserve.

  • Only use quality materials in all aspects of a job including all trim and silicone.

  • Remove all rubbish after installation is finished.

  • Offer all this and still provide ultra competitive quotes.

We Won't :-

 

  • Give you a price whilst out on the survey.

  • Employ commision hungry salesmen to carry out surveys and try to secure deposit then and there during home visit.

  • Try to maximise our profits by using substandard, cheap or poor materials in any aspect of your installation.

  • Leave you with a phone number for your local council for you to arrange uplift of rubbish yourself following completed install.

  • Ever try to phone or harrass you for a decision following you recieving our quote.

  • Send somebody who hasn't been subject to a Disclosure Scotland check into your home.

  • Ever inflate our quote with hidden extras, the price we quote is the price you pay.
